Me too. My chlorophyll-ic cohabitants are taking over!! They’ll all be getting a good trimming as soon as it cools off a bit outside. I could use the bedding layering material – I’m expanding the garden for fall. Can’t wait to get to work.
I usually find my motivation when I go to “feed the bugs” (what we call taking the kitchen compost to the compost bin.) When I do that chore, I can see it needs some good “brown” additions, which leads me to go around searching for things to trim, mow, or otherwise use to create that “brown.”
HA! You should see the shrubs by my front door! I walk past them several times a day, thinking “I need to get to that….”
For WEEKS now!
Such a familiar story =)

Haha! You and me both. Not many “get” my habit of “feeding the compost.” We’re so misunderstood. 🙂
