Haha! The size of most greens scream out, “Eat me! I’m the most delicious, most nutritious thing around!” I believe ’em. I especially like the bug-pocked ones.
My chard decided not to grow this year. I now know which bed doesn’t get enough light in the winter. Not really a problem because I have several pounds of it blanched and in the freezer waiting to be mixed into a lasagna or soup.
