We’re supposed to see 25 degrees this week. Time for the peas and lettuce to get cozy. Maybe even the beet greens.
Until then, we’ll warm the house with a roast.

I’ll actually be catching warmer days in the Rockies than here for a business trip… I’m hearing plans of pastas and soups while I’m gone though!
Like the photo. Makes me want to learn to cook. Trying, but bad old habits linger.
