Looking out the open window through the screen to the sown tomatoes, peppers, and pecans, with whom the sage, hyssop, and raspberry are kind enough to share the sunshine.
That porch looks like a great wicking garden box experiment. Self-watering and you can put a compost “bin” in the center, even some worms. I’ve rethought doing one big one — my back porch is cramped enough with two swings and bird feeders. Perhaps I’ll just convert all my containers…
Just started my fruits indoors! As soon as we get a good rainfall, I’ll put the herbs and root veggies in the ground. I can practically SMELL spring.
We’ll see if they progress to that stage 😉 We planted two pecans two years ago. One made five pecans this past fall. A squirrel got one before DH scooped up the others and potted them . Now it’s just wait, water, and see (as with so many things.)

It’s just around the corner!
I see green! 🙂
There’s a good bit of it! I’m eagerly awaiting tiny green things in the pots 🙂
I’ll trade you a heap of snow for a little of that sunshine 🌞
How about half a heap? 😉 I’ll gladly take half a heap.
What a sweet bounty 🙂
I hope a spicy one soon enough as well! 😉
Pecans ….. sound like a project !
