I laugh now, but in a week or two, I’ll have pots (and crock-pots) of tomato sauce bubbling, and a water-bath canner on the stove!
The crock pot is some mysterious contraption that I have managed to avoid. How does it caramelize the veggies?
DH makes pulled green chili pork in it at times. I’m a stubborn cast iron Dutch oven person myself.
