I love seed catalogs, as I’m sure many of you do. I can easily mark the new veggies that I want to try. The funny part, or the hard part, is how I end up marking almost every bean and every tomato… What gives you the hardest decisions in your garden variety planning?

Tomatoes and peppers–squash…then which catalog to order from…
Squash was huge trouble for me with last year’s catalogs! …and I didn’t succeed very well with it. I didn’t let myself even look at those pages this year. I want to practice better squash bug and vine borer protection first.
Um, everything…I start making lists as soon as the catalogs start arriving, then whittle them down near the end of January.
I want them all, but don’t have the bed space…
Yet. 😉
I want them all except the eggplants. I’m astonished at the number of varieties, nearly all beautiful, but have yet to taste an eggplant I liked (and DH has yet to either.)
