I’m sure it was fabulous and that you spent the entire day just staring at her (at least I hope you did). Welcome to the greatest job you will ever have; it kind of makes everything else dull by comparison. And by the way, EVERY day is Mother’s Day. That’s what I tell my kids, anyway.
